Degen Labs LTD GDPR Policy

5. Data Processing

Degen Labs Ltd will only process personal data where one or more of the following applies:

6. Data Breach Response

In the event of a data breach, Degen Labs Ltd will promptly assess the situation and take appropriate steps to mitigate the impact and notify the relevant authorities and affected data subjects, as required by the GDPR.

7. Data Protection Officer

Degen Labs Ltd has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the GDPR. The DPO can be contacted at sammy@degendistillery.com.

8. Training and Awareness

Degen Labs Ltd will provide regular training to employees on GDPR compliance and data protection best practices.
