At Degen Distillery, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Digital products (e.g., NFTs, $DRINK Tokens) or downloadable content
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@degendistillery.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@degendistillery.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
